Managing Director
Nirosha Shetty is an entrepreneur who envisioned creating a consultancy and platform designed to cater to every guest requirement. With this vision, she founded Isle of Skye Hospitality Ventures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Nirosha pursued a career as an actress in the Kannada film industry while simultaneously building a strong professional foundation in hospitality. She worked with renowned brands such as Taj Hotels, Goldfinch Retreat, and several other prestigious properties, gaining extensive expertise in front office, sales, and operations. Her diverse background equipped her with a deep understanding of guest experience and service excellence.
In 2020, she recognized a unique opportunity to redefine hospitality standards by establishing a consultancy firm that delivers tailored solutions to clients. Today, as the Managing Director of Isle of Skye Hospitality Ventures, she leads the company with innovation, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Santosh Kumar has been serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Associated Dallas CAG for the past five years, since the COVID era. He has also been a part of Isle of Skye since its inception. With his expertise in high-end marketing strategies and strong technical skills, Santosh has played a pivotal role in ensuring Isle of Skye’s smooth operations and steady growth.
Operations Head
My name is Sindhu Shetty, and I began my career in the hospitality industry with Goldfinch Retreat, Bangalore, located near the airport. After completing my Diploma in Hotel Management and Aviation, I chose to pursue a career in hotels, starting as a Reservation Executive. Over time, I developed a strong interest in front office and overall operations, which shaped my career path.
With valuable experience gained from working with prestigious brands such as Taj Hotels, Attide Hotels, and other reputed hotel groups, I further strengthened my expertise in hospitality operations. Building on this foundation, I took on the role of Operations Head at Isle of Skye where I continue to drive operational excellence and Guest satisfaction.
